The customer service from Carl Russell & Co. is exemplary. Other companies could learn a great deal from them! I bought some (relatively expensive) boots and only after wearing them did I realise there was a fault with them. Despite having bought them a few months previously AND having worn them, Carl Russell agreed to take a look at the fault and suggested themselves an outcome I hadn?t thought possible. They were also incredibly quick to respond and friendly yet professional in their replies. I will use them for all my country purchases and will recommend them to others. If in doubt: don?t delay!
