Popped in the shop for the first time today. I wanted a Weihrauch HW98 and they had one in stock. The man that served me was great and I ended up purchasing the air rifle, scope, silencer and bag. I even got a bit of a discount on the bag. All round a great experience and great shop with lots of stock. They also have lots of clothing etc. Highly recommended and I will be back! Thanks

I popped into here this afternoon and was very impressed. Even though I didn?t make a purchase, I found them very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely buy from here at some point. Also in the lovely grounds of Hatfield House, so a perfect excuse to explore too.

I've been using carl Russell &co for about two years now and the service is second to none, any setting up of guns and equipment they will do and the staff are very friendly. I cant thank them enough and would recommend you try them.

Fantastic , lovely friendly , helpful and knowledgable staff . A beautiful setting in Hatfield house , allow two hours to have a look around . There are very quaint shops including tea room in a classical setting

Polite and great service in the shop.
Found the issue I was having with my gun, and fixed it at a great price.
Being in the grounds of Hatfield House I'd definitely suggest walking in to have a look.
Not just shooting related as you have a fantastic range of walking and strolling clothing.

Superb service today as a first time customer. From the initial enquiry about the 682 Gold E. The guys reserved it for me allowing for travel to see it. The gun was in super condition and I look forward to many years of enjoyment from it. It?s great shop in a wonderful setting, and we will definitely visit again and will give plenty of recommendations to others so they can pay a visit.

I found this lovely gunmakers by accident but have since returned for my shopping and servicing needs. There?s a brilliant little retail shop, a very friendly team (including the shop dog!) and a wide selection of whatever you could need. I have also taken a friend in who was looking to buy his first shotgun and the team were very patient and extremely helpful. Cannot fault this place at all and would highly recommend!
