Fantastic service, all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, having to get my lenses thinned I have previously paid an extra £300+ per pair for this, whilst the highest level of thinning came in at under £200.

Poor Service in hatfield. Cancelled appointment for 5mins late but they expect us to wait for hours if there is a delay from their end.Rude and illogical!!

I visit the store in Hatfield for my 7yr old daughter and myself and it is our go to opticians having tried others in the local area. All of the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. They are able to put my daughter at ease during the whole process. I never feel rushed when choosing glasses which I have found in other opticians in the town. Becky is absolutely fantastic and could not recommend her enough. Thank you to all the staff at the Hatfield branch !
