The pharmacist took the time to explain my prescription in detail, answering all my questions with patience. It was clear they genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to ensure I understood how to take my medication. My prescription was filled promptly, and I didn?t have to wait long at all.
Overall, my experience at ASDA Pharmacy was exemplary. The combination of knowledgeable staff, efficient service, and a personal touch made it clear that they prioritize their customers' health and satisfaction. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of reliable and caring pharmaceutical services.

Always painfully slow. Queues often out of the door and not moving for absolutely ages. Often staff just disappear and there is no one on the counter.
Reduced to one star because I queued for ages only to be told the repeat prescription that was ok?d by the doctor days ago was not ready. They do this regularly - receive the prescription and don?t do anything with it until you go in. Then they process it having wasted your time and making you go back and queue for another 20 minutes.
Not sure if it?s laziness, done on purpose, or just plain incompetent but this happens time and time again!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They never answer the phone and mess you around with timings of when your prescription will be ready. Unless you want to wait ages to get the medication you need do not come to this pharmacy. The staff are also useless. Do not recommend.

The pharmacist cared deeply that my hospital prescription was inaccurate.
She took a lot of time and trouble communicating with the hospital on my behalf.
Just before closing time the medication was prescribed.
I was delighted by the personal service and care shown to me.
Whilst I was waiting staff dealt with the public with consideration, care and respect.

It takes too long to be served . The staff is very slow. I had two customers in front of me and yet i was not served till 20 mins. Its insane.

I?ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Asda Pharmacy. On two separate occasions, they have asked us to either wait for 30 minutes or come back after an hour, citing a lack of staff to find the medicine and serve us. This is highly inefficient and unacceptable, especially on weekdays when you take time off work just to collect medication.
What?s worse is having to wait or return with a sick child?it makes absolutely no sense and shows a complete lack of consideration for customers. The staff seem disorganized, and the entire system feels poorly managed. Avoid if you can!

Would not prescribe a drug i had a prescription for as pharamcist quoted 'I'm not medically qualified'... but felt confident enough to contradict the doctor's prescription. Dangerous. Left me really sick.

I was actually planning on writing a very positive review earlier today because I was really impressed with the experience I had with the pharmacist who was very understanding and attentive. With how the NHS is nowadays I really cherish these moments. However, I later on had a very negative experience with the SAME pharmacist! Baffled!
I took the pharmacist?s earlier on advice and went to an out of hours GP, I waited about 5 hours to be seen and I asked them what pharmacies were open and they gave me a slip with the ones that were open, the latest they were all open was 9 and it was about 8.35. I picked out Asda BECAUSE of the great experience I?d had with the pharmacist, and managed to get there about 5 mins before 9, maybe a bit before. A gentleman took my prescription, and took one of the things the doctor had written and said ?why have they done it like this?!? ummm I don?t know I?m not a doctor?? From looking at it after this encounter I?m pretty sure it was because it was an item you can buy over the counter but he told me that it needs an actual prescription and he can?t give it to me. The pharmacist (who I?d seen earlier) then brings out my medication and I just wanted to clarify what the man meant earlier about if I need an actual prescription or if it?s over the counter (I wasn?t expecting them to give it to me, just so I knew if I had to call my GP tomorrow or not!), and she snapped at me saying they shut at 9 and she won?t give it to me, I said that?s fine I was only asking, and explained I did get here before 9 and no one said to me they were shut! If they had told me to come back tomorrow I wouldn?t have complained! She then went off on an absolute tangent about how her kids were in the car waiting for her in an extremely argumentative tone, trying to guilt trip me! She actually seemed to feel pure anger toward me. Absolutely disgusting way to talk to someone. Maybe if you communicated to me properly and said ?I know you?re here before 9, but the prescription takes time to prepare, so as it will go past our closing time, you?ll have to come back tomorrow.? How easy is that?! I wouldn?t have had an issue! I didn?t know it takes 25 minutes to do a prescription, because guess what, I?m not a pharmacist! But no your lack of communication skills is my fault apparently! And I?m sorry but for me this takes away from the good experience, hence the 1 star review! If this hadn?t of happened it would have been 5!!!

Worst ever service i have seen in my life. It suppose to close at 9pm i went there 2 minutes before closing and they said they cant serve because it 9pm in their wall clock but it is still 8:58 in standard time. Im in a very bad ear pain and they refused to serve and in-addition commenting on me with their colleagues. The lady with the glasses is very bad. I wish i could see her name.

Stopped using 3 years ago due to lack of service and always saying things would be in stock on a certain day, for them never to arrive.
Recently had no choice but to use them again, same issue 3 years later. Told me they had ordered the special formula for my 4 month old son, Low and behold, they didn't.
Now I'm scrambling around any pharmacy I can find to see if they have it in stock, I currently have enough left for a feed and a half. All because they promised it would be in yesterday. I gave them an extra day, so called today and they had no idea what I was talking about.
