Shame the tills are not manned enough to deal with customers. Self service is a pain and like most people I prefer to be served . I only visit the store after 0900 when the tills are manned , I would like to shop earlier but refuse to self checkout .

The staff at this store are some of the rudest I?ve ever encountered. They?re dismissive, unhelpful, and show no regard for customers. It?s not uncommon to be clearly in need of assistance, only to have staff walk right past and ignore you. I rarely experience this level of poor service elsewhere, but this particular store stands out for all the wrong reasons. The team urgently needs proper customer service training.

Very poor customer service at the self-checkouts. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful ? I honestly don?t know what they think of themselves. If they?re going to be stationed there, the least the store can do is train them properly on how to treat customers with basic respect. It?s frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not the kind of experience anyone should have to deal with.

There are some girls in the paying area who got a lot of attitude and I think they are a bit racists too. It?s been days I?m feeling like they don?t give people including me fast assistance or help if they are not bright skinned. That feels really bad. Hope they fixed it soon also the manager is same.

Zero service, always only one or two checkouts open, long queues... In the past, it was one of my favorite stores, but now I've stopped shopping at Asda. After a few months of not being in Asda, I came back here for a little quick shopping to buy three things. I am standing in a very long queue; I am frustrated. I will never come back here again... and I am writing my opinion from the queue where I have been standing for 10 minutes.

Store is a dump, car park needs relaying maybe if higher ups actually invested back into the store and not their own pockets the place would be decent to shop at.

There is a male manager and male colleague at customer service who doesn?t know how to serve with customers. They are asking physical documents to show my identity even though i showed the digital one. Who comes to shopping with physical documents.. even here everything is digital. ZERO customer service

Store with less than zero customer service. Had to speak with 3 colleagues about a single item. Everyone says I don't work in that department check with someone else, check with someone else. Where am I? I was wondering.
Who ever is the manager had to work on the recruitment and train the staff to help with basic customer needs. Forget about going extra mile.
