I came here on Saturday and paid 95 pounds, pedicure and biab. But it was such a rushed job, the disrespectful girl there did a quick job on my nails but I didn't like it at all, then I came back 10 minutes later, one of my nails was really bad, she snapped at me and didn't want to fix it, I said I was coming on holiday and specifically asked her to do it nicely, it's been 3 days since I came holiday and my nails looks horrible and she said biab, it's not biab, it's so bad, it's only 3 days. But I won't leave it like this, I'll complain, they are thieves in my eyes, they are always busy but they don't even put a card machine, it's obvious why, I paid nearly 100 pounds, I'm a customer, they are such disrespectful, rude, ill-mannered people. But I won't leave it like this, I will resort to every means. Believe me, the problem is not the money that is wasted, but their rude attitude and their situation of dismissing us, this is unforgivable. We were disgraced with our own money.

I was told the wait was 10 minutes, I waited half an hour (not a problem) but when I told the lady I only had an hour as I was on a break she was extremely rude to me constantly pulling my hands around slapped the gel on thick it was dripping down my finger, when I asked her to wipe it off she tried forcing my hand under the light 2 or 3 times and said she?d file down the side of my fingers after, when she did file them she was overly rough as if to spite me and burnt me. I went back 3 weeks later for infills I had a man that didn?t know what drill to use and kept burning me, he then got the ump with me for complaining of him burning my fingers repeatedly. They used powder instead of gel colour and wanted to charge me £10 extra, when I questioned the price I was told because they?d used coloured acrylic even though that?s not what I had before and not what I?d asked for. Theyre not filed straight and uneven this time. I won?t be going back.

Torture not relaxation. Technician wasn't.just rough but she was very rude squeezing my arthritic fingers and burning me with the trill. No apology and I will not be coming back!

When she s done the filings went deep in my finger until cut it and bleed, my finger was numb from to much sqeezing .Not very much cosiderations for the clients. Definitely won t come back .

I would recommend this place for a pedicure rather than a manicure.The pedicure is one of the best I've had here in Hatfield as they remove the calluses, they cut and file your nails and where you sit you get a massage and all the tools they use are new and clean.They moisturize you with cream also the only thing I would add that I would like them to do is an exfoliating scrub which in some places they do but otherwise everything is fine.They only accept cash! No card :)

when doing my nails he drilled into my cuticles and i was bleeding and proceeded to put some alcohol solution onto the open wound which stung a lot. shape of nails are horrid and nail beds feel and appear traumatised. have not and will not return. paid £32 for this???Service: Nail extensions

Wouldn?t recommend ,2 women argued over my hands pulling them and ripping off the nails they put on. Didn?t push down my cuticles or cut them and she was rude and kept kissing her teeth. Wouldn?t reccomend

Fake Shellac nail colour chipping of in a couple days! Told to come only for them to be Jam packing customers so wait was ridiculous, had to leave! Would never recommend!!!

Waited for an hour - very slow, overpriced and not worth the money at all. Attached a screenshot of what I asked for and a picture of what I got. I wouldn?t be returning here again.
