“Very handy post office, but take the opening hours posted on the Post Office website and Google with a pinch of salt - they are hugely inaccurate. This post office is located within the Co-Op Supermarket, and the opening hours posted are theirs, not the ones of the post office. I'm genuinely unsure why they will not correct the opening hours, as it would stop them wasting people's time, making unnecessary journeys.”

“All the staff are absolutely wonderful, Being from harpenden I will be the first to admit that we can be a little unforgiving as a town, and I've often witnessed staff being wrongly accused of being rude, I've been coming to this post office for many years and I have nothing but upmost respect and admiration for the post office staff. There is a particular negative review I've recently seen, I think that person should feel ashamed of themselves for the insults used.
