Very poor customer service in this branch today. I queued for 15 minutes due to social distancing - completely understandable - to be rudely told that I couldn?t deposit my cash/cheque in the branch, I had to use the machine outside. No explanation as to why, the signs on the door say you can do either, perhaps it?s the type of account I have but that?s all she needed to say. I wasn?t offered any help with using the machine outside, which I haven?t done before, leaving me worried that I had messed it up and lost what is a large amount of money to me. I know everyone is having a difficult time at the moment but their staff still need to treat customers like people; there are signs up everywhere asking us to treat staff with respect, it would be nice if they could do the same.

I love this branch, as its so easy to parking front road, side road, on the back road , no traffic wardens, free. Once inside , the staff are ALWAYS smiling and happy to help.i like the simple set up and private rooms.thanks HARPENDEN.AL wheathampstead....
