Absolutely superb service from their wonderful staff in Harpenden, especially Helen and Begonia who are always so helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and above with their level of service. This store is extremely well merchandised and always immaculate and however busy they are, they are always so friendly and helpful. This particular store is the best customer service of anywhere I have shopped in and around London and Hertfordshire.

I love Mint Velvet & often buy online but Harpenden is my nearest shop so I visit when I can. Today I phoned in search of a dress that wasn't available online. Tina was brilliant & although they didn't have it she put herself out, found one elsewhere and phoned me back with a lovely message. Great customer service and much appreciated

I do like very much the quality, quirkiness, rock like style of the boots and shoes.. I like everything and the staff they are always helpful. I live in London but I prefer to come in Harpenden to do my shopping at Mint Velvet just because it is better quality of service... plus ...I love Harpenden! Thank you guys! Happy New Year!
