Something has changed in the management/set up here as I used to bring my garments regularly since 2021 but the quality and price has shifted. I paid £27 for a silk dress to be dry cleaned and it came back with stains still on it. Thankfully they re-did it but I don?t understand how they didn?t lift first time. I think the price is too high and the trust isn?t there anymore sadly.

Paid £20 to have an outfit for my graduation dry cleaned. When I picked it up there were still marks on the skirt so I popped back in to see if there was anything that could be done. The two women I spoke to were extremely rude and told me there was absolutely nothing that could be done and offered no alternatives. I understand the stains were stubborn and may not come out but if it had been explained to me when I dropped it off I probably wouldn?t have chosen to go ahead with it. Such a shame as another lady I dealt with in there a few weeks ago went above and beyond to help me with much worse stains and the item came out so well, which is why I went back to use! Very disappointed as feel like I have paid quite a lot of money for nothing and feel like the women were unnecessarily rude

Overpriced and not particularly good customer service. For a suit and coat it was just under £45 and then the trying to sell a premium crease on suit trousers and trying to sell a suit carrier would have brought it to at least £50. Taking the money before the collection is also not on.!....overall a complete avoid dry cleaners. Sorry but the worst dry cleaners I have ever been too.

Explained that I wanted an evening gown repleted, the proprietor seemed to understand the task paid £38 on collecting checked the bottom of the packaging to see pleats, so presumed the whole dress was done? went to ware it and unfortunately it had only been pleated at the bottom of the gown!
