Two pizzas and 2 sides bought as a special offer. It arrived quickly. It's normally a safe bet, but these pizzas were really dry/overcooked and salty. I think they added some cheese, but it seemed almost absent - I think the worst I've had from dominios. I've had co-op pizza with more cheese before and less salt. I even checked the order to make sure cheese was included. Sides were good, however. Times are hard, and we have to accept some drop in quality for the same price, but two cheeseless pizzas are not going to help. Especially when you want a treat.

Ordered my food I was told it would take 40 minutes called back after one hour. They said it was on its way an hour and 50 minutes later. When I called back they said I never ordered any food . They had taken my payment by card when I challenged the manager , none of them can speak. I enough English to sort the matter.

This store regularly makes small mistakes (always in their favour). The send out the pizza and the standard dip that is supposed to come with it is missing. Do they have spares in the delivery car? Nope! They say they'll get some but you don't see them again. You order a large dip and a small one comes. You phone up and have an incomprehensible conversation in which you say you'd like a replacement or a refund... neither happens. The error is always small enough so that pursuing it is too much of a pain, but repeated instances of this really add up to a bad feeling.
There is competition in Harpenden which is far better. I think I'll just go there in future.
