Spoke on the phone to these said I could have a car for a price,went to look at car following day changed price and omg the car was a total mess,who buys a car without looking at it.was told the lower price day before when I asked about the price was told that was yesterday no now who spends 34k plus without looking at it.Tim who took me for test drive was typical rude salesman he put me right off all he did was play with his phone on test drive.Would never give this firm my business ever.AVOID.They even left a voice message on my phone swearing saying prick that I have saved vile vile salesman.Should be shut down never been in to a car business with such rude horrible people.

Overall excellent service from Danny. This was our third purchase with Kia and was by far the best. We felt no pressure to buy (which is important to me) and were kept updated on progress when waiting for the vehicle delivery. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car.

Fifth annual service and MOT on my Kia Ceed Sportswagon. Excellent work by Brayley. It was helpful to know the condition of my tyres and brake pads. They will contact me in 6 months for a free check to review whether replacements are needed. The price for proposed tyres appears competitive. We have purchased cars and had them serviced by Brayley for over 10 years. The service has been excellent and sometimes exceptional.

Apart from Stephen at Enfield who's a star, the service department team in Harpenden are completely incompetent. They can't use the correct contact number or email address provided, relay important messages to their colleagues or honour commitments to customers. As a family we currently have two Kia's and were contemplating getting a new Sportage but due to the endless problems getting the cars serviced we are swopping back to V.W.

From start to finish I had the best experience with John from Brayley Kia, I cam in to change my motorbility car. He showed me my options. I was already mostly set on the sportage, but John made sure I was 100%. He kept me updated on my car's ETA and was an absolute delight to buy from. And today was new car day, he was great, friendly and so helpful, especially helping me look around my new car and explaining all the features. I am so grateful. Thanks John.

I had a great experience at Brayley Kia Harpenden. Tim, my salesperson, was very attentive and helpful. He showed me around the car I was interested in and let me take it for a decent test drive. When I confirmed I wanted to buy it, he got the team to fix a few little issues with it, and was quick to get back to me with any other questions I had between the sale and key collection. Would definitely recommend, thank you!
