Big Hello, To all the staff , Especially the Person that was working friday 3/05/24 ) Popped in at 010-30, - 011-30am, ish. I aways pay a visit here when in Harpenden. Little gem of a charity shop , Most people run this place down ; e.g. the prices are shockingly high ,Well don't buy it .The team don't receive any pay , Also it's the Area Manager's that does the pricing not the staff, So try not to let off steam at them . Little bit of respect would be nice .Thanks to my age I still have Good manners (Old School ) Enough said . Georgie .

Prices seem to be going up and this is a consistent trend with the charity shops. The problem is though that you can buy new for the same price, often the same brands when on sale, so the incentive for a circular economy isn't as strong. Really hope they'll start reconsidering how they price.

Very average charity shop. Personally think Age UK have lost direction and this is reflected in their shops?
