Cannot say enough in praise of our experience with Kathy and Richard at the Harpenden store. We started by ordering bathroom flooring and ended up ordering flooring for the whole house (carpet and LVT). Professional, hugely knowledgeable, efficient and just a pleasure to work with. Also matched a lower quote offered elsewhere. They gave us brilliant advice, but also helped us enormously when we ran into difficulties (because of shoddy workmanship on our UFH). Fantastic experience and hghly recommend!!

Highly recommend. Kathy and Richard provided a v efficient and professional service to help us solve a problem and complete the installation in time to move back into our home on the scheduled date. The price was also competitive and the floor looks fantastic thanks to Callum and the installation team. The attention to detail throughout was much appreciated.

Fantastic customer service from the initial visit into the shop, lending me numerous samples, entertaining my toddler and giving advice on colours, underlay etc then providing a very competitive price through to the fitters who worked around the chaos of delayed decorators in my house without seeming fazed at all. The carpets look amazing, we?re so happy with them and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend 1 to 1 to any friends and family. Very satisfied customers! Thanks all

A belated Thank You for my 92 year old Mother?s bedroom carpet. We met Kathy in Harpenden who was helpful, knowledgable and patient with us.She fitted in an early measure for my Mother as she was going away.We had the most helpful fitter who went out of his way to help a senior lady.The carpet choice is perfect, reasonably priced and beautifully laid.My Mother couldn?t be happier.Would I use 1-1 FLOORING again ?definitely.

Although our LVT was purchased from a different branch of 1 to 1, when things went seriously wrong, we had to communicate directly with K D HAWES, the owners of the 1 to 1 shops.After 24hrs the LVT bubbled and could be peeled off by hand; but they continued to lay 2 more rooms. They also lifted.1 to 1 refused to accept any responsibility. The legal teams at Which? and our credit card agreed with us and we were awarded a full refund. Shameful.

On our initial visit to 1to1 we met with Maurice who gave us nothing short of excellent customer service which he followed up with a friendly telephone conversation. Maurice and Kathy were both really helpful throughout our ordering process and got a carpet in for us that they did not stock as standard as well as giving us the best quote out of the three we got.We found our overall experience with 1to1 to offer really good service and product for excellent value.We highly recommend and we were pleased to buy from a smaller local business.

I don't live close to this store but my friend had her laminate done here, I went to enquire about having flooring. The store customer service was second to none, the knowledge and interest they showed in what I wanted was amazing, definitely going back to get my flooring here, would highly recommend going and experiencing for yourself. nothing was a problem, and they actually listened and took interest.great store, excellent knowledgeable staff and clean spacious store.
