Such poor customer service, made an appointment at 10 am, told via email it has been moved to 12 pm with no explanation.
I?ve tried to get in touch to explain this new time does not work for me and now my appointment has been fully cancelled with no explanation or alternative suggestion.

I am so so happy I found Abella Beauty! My nails were in such a state, I was so embarrassed and in pain but Courtney came to the rescue! Polite, friendly and professional, we looked at doing BIAB on my nails to strengthen them and 4 months later, I am a full firm regular customer! Not only that, my nails are long and strong and always look amazing! Thank you Abella and see you in a couple of weeks! X

I have been going to Courtney since Abella Beauty opened. Her facials are better than any I've recieved from well known spas. I have been to a few places locally now for my eyebrows but Courtney's by far last the longest and she creates such a lovely shape.
