Older lady with long black hair and glasses by the reduced section has no concept of how to speak to customers or people in general, perhaps she?s not enjoying her job but no reason to take that out on customers.

Staff is half nice half not and some staff there was a language barrier issue. Wasnt able to buy some staff as it wasn?t stocked up was there for about 15 mins one staff member was still on the same crate unloading.

Small Tesco metro with out of date bread and only giant packs of laundry tabs.
Why are they lying about it being a superstore?
I drove here for nothing, I can't do my shopping here, it's a corner shop!

This store really seems to be going downhill rapidly such a shame as I?ve been a customer for 10 years and always found the service great but recently a lot of products are unavailable , out of date food on the shelves, not enough checkout staff and the staff seem extremely stressed. It?s sad to see.

i sometimes go to this shop to buy some snacks with my dad and its a good supermarket. it does everything it needs to and in general the staff are helpful towards other customers. they never directly talked to me or my dad but that's what ive seen them talk towards other people.

lying manipulative pricing policy. example in the photo. I explain: the regular price per kg of cheese in the smaller package is £8.54, and in the larger package - £9.82 (which these cowards did not indicate on the price tag). it is obvious that the cost of a large package was artificially inflated in order to make the discount on this product look more attractive. a large pack should cost the same £4 and without the discount and without the shameful and humiliating need to present your tesco loyalty card at the till, wasting extra time doing it.

good staff and clean, BUT there are always queues to pay in cash. does every day happen year after year. why can't more automatic cash registers be installed?

The staff here are great and I enjoy my shopping experience several times a week. The selection is decent for a superstore. Club card is the best and makes me feel like a valued customer.

Very rude staff. The cashier throw my staff and damaged, I asked 3 times for a carrier bag before I get it and then I?ve been told that she can be more rude than that if she want. ????

A pack of bullies unwilling to do their job -asked me to return in 30 mins for a sell off products because the lady labeling the products to go on sale was in a bad mood. She started shouting at me, all the sales people were in my face when I said I am calling the head office, which I did. On top of that toilets not in use for 2 years now. They run the store the way they want not in the customers interest!
