Me and hubby goes there everyday we both buy cappuccino always different taste of coffee and half cups never full and we ask for extra hot! Always trainee teenagers makes coffee bad taste please don?t put your trainees on peek hours thanks

Sarah was amazing, made the best hot chocolate for my little girl and even gave her a wafer straw to drink it with. Went the extra mile massively and we really appreciated it. Best Starbucks ever

The staff members were very nice and friendly. I was there close to their closing time, but there was no negative atmosphere and they were very welcoming. The place and tables were kept very clean. The toilet was clean. It really was one of the best.

First time ever in a Starbucks Broadfield Centre Cheshunt
I ordered coffee and croissant and tried to pay with cash as I left my phone and cards at home (I am seventy you know ?)
A very nice lady serving said that they only take cards but said I could have the coffee
I sat down with coffee and approached the lady later to tell her I hadn?t paid and offered to come back later and pay but she said that she understood that these things happen and the coffee was free to me.
What a lovely jesture
It set me up for the day

I went to Staurbacks today as I was fancy a low Carb drink.
I lined up in a queue and it was my time to be served I asked the cashier if they are able to make for me a low carb drink as i am on keto diet, the lady who was serving me was not sure so she asked another lady I belive it was a manager, and she responded with such rudeness" NO".
I know that Startbacks can create such drink as I was in others places and always I was able to get one regardless if it was adapted to the original drink or created for me. I NEVER came across such rudnes and lack of intrest like today.
I did not think it was a point to discuss and argue about this as I would not be listen anyway. The tone of the voice and approache of the manager was enough for me to just leave.
In my opinion is that staff should be made aware of alternative drinks for people who are on a special diet requirements.

Got served at 6:55 the store shuts at 7:30 this particular day and was told I couldn?t sit outside by a woman who worked there but she could sit outside herself on her phone! Disgusting

Not sure what's going on here atm. Went in on Easter Monday, employee's and their friends all hanging out around the tills ignoring customers and this branch is now refusing cash??

Why can't every Starbucks be as great as these people here? They're all smiley all kind, the manager is excellent. She deserves a medal. She is compassionate kind. Does her job to perfection. She makes the best frappe well done to all of you.

Brilliant Starbucks, I love coming in here for a coffee. Very friendly staff and helpful also quick service. They only expect card payments they don't take cash, and you only get 3 hours of free parking. It is located in Brookfield centre where the big Tesco and Marks and Spencer is. Would highly recommend it to anyone who likes Starbucks to just have a coffee and relax or meet up with friends. And there is quite a bit of seating inside and outside.Parking: You only get 3 hours of free parking at Brookfield Centre. There is a camera as you come in the M&S car park entrance and exit and one at the Tesco car park entrance and exit.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of parking for wheelchairs. And is all wheelchair friendly to get into Starbucks and out.

Popped in whilst Christmas shopping and received outstanding service from a lovely lady called Lucy who, despite having one machine down and a bit of a queue, was incredibly kind and polite. A true credit to Starbucks.
