“I dealt with a lady called Kendra. 10/10 customer service. I'd ordered a 6 online but was sent a 7. Kendra went above & beyond by calling several stores to find a size 6, even calling one manager on her personal as no one was answering. We couldnt find a in store size so she said she would order them online for me, she made another call to find a next day delivery discount code so I only had to pay £1 for home delivery. Best thing is Kendra popped downstairs & when she returned she said I she was going to exchange instead so I didnt have to fork out more money whislt waiting for a refund. This is the perfect kind of staff member you want to deal with - quick, friendly, has common sense & actually wants to help you!! Thanks??”
