Bad customer service. They ignore you or you get spoken to rudely, the pricing in there is never correct

I?m a regular customer at this shop, visiting almost daily on my way home from hospital after undergoing chemotherapy. On this particular day, I went in to buy a Red Bull, as I was shattered after chemo - an energy drink that is legally permitted for purchase by anyone over 16. I?m 31 years old, visibly exhausted, wearing no makeup, and just trying to get through a difficult day.
A staff member (Believe his name is Andrew, not sure. Tattoos all over) who clearly didn?t know me (unlike the usual helpful staff) refused to sell me the energy drink without ID. I explained that I?m 30, even pointed to my car parked right outside and held my car keys in my hand. He still refused and wouldn?t even accept a photo of my ID. His tone and manner were dismissive from the start.
I reluctantly returned to my car to retrieve my passport. When I handed it to him, he then demanded that I read it out loud. I explained that I didn?t feel comfortable doing that because I?ve previously experienced stalking and I?m very cautious about revealing personal information in public. He insisted, saying ?there?s no one behind you? only for me to turn and see a man standing right there. I kept saying to him I don?t want to say my details out loud while he sat there and held my passport and read it himself however he was extremely forceful that I say it out loud.
I was incredibly upset to be pressured into sharing private information in a public setting, especially when I had already proven my age with a valid passport. As someone who is Autistic and just started to find my way in public therefore made this my regular shop - this has really upset me due to feeling as humiliated as I did. His behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive and power-seeking , particularly toward me as a woman, in a vulnerable state, clearly unwell and just trying to get through my day.
This experience left me feeling humiliated, unsafe, and completely disregarded as a loyal customer. I sincerely hope this is addressed with proper training in empathy, discretion, and respect. No one should be treated this way, especially not in a place they rely on for day-to-day support.

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I wanted to use the post office service yesterday; it shut at 5:30 pm, and I was told to come back today as they shut the post office service at 8 pm(by the asian guy that was there). Today I arrived and was told it shut at 6 pm and received nasty poor service from the lady there when I was trying to ask a question (time 7:28 pm, dark hair, English, elderly). I am not discriminating, just describing. No need to be rude, just want help! I doubt the One Stop Cheshunt will look into this, but the Google reviews speak for the poor service they offer.

I have a bad experience with old lady she shouldn?t work at all she is very rude with customers she never happy there look like she is forcing herself to work there my advice she mustn?t serve the customer she must work inside the shop fill up only drinks with talking any customers

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOUR!!!Today I visited the shop wanted to buy a pack of beer. When I got to the till, the lady ask for my ID, I thought she was joking, so I said, hahaha very funny, then she said, I can?t sell it to you without your ID, i replied, I am 55years old and you are asking for my ID? She called the manager over and said, this woman said she is 55, the manager replied, I can?t sell you the beer without you ID, I replied, I have no bank card or my licence with me, but I have some hospital documents and my disabled badge, the badge have my name and the photo, and my hospital documents have my date of birth, so I went in the car and brought back the documents, the manager said, still not good ID, so I replied I have a copy of my licence on my phone, he replied, it have to be original form. I was so embarrassed.So I came home, picked up my licence and approached him, shown him my ID and said this is my licence and I do understand you have to check ID for people that looks younger than their age, I don?t look younger than 30yrs.I went back to the till, he was standing behind me, I put my ID In front of the cashier, she look at the manager and said to me, he said no!!. I took my ID back and asked why,? He shouted, get out of my shop before I call the police, at this moment, there was about 10 customers behind me, so I answered, what for? Have stolen anything, I just wanted to buy some beer and I don?t understand why you don?t want to sell it to me.Is it about skin colour you embarrassed me earlier on, I brought what you asked, you didn?t even apologised, and still refused to sell me the beer. What is your reason, he replied because you snatched you ID for my colleague hands, so I said no, I think you are being racist but you can?t say it Infront of all this people. He got angry and said get out of my shop. I was so embarrassed and upset and didn?t even want to open my mouth either wise I would have cried, not because of the beer, but because of how unprofessional and arrogant. I can?t believe someone will put such a racist, unprofessional with no people?s skills in their shop. Everyone in the shop was so shocked seeing how badly he was behaving towards me.If this is how he treat people with colour or vanuable people, then he shouldn?t be there.Thanks to everyone is who came out of their way to check if I was ok.Getting to know that they too have been treated like that in the past and still getting away, makes my blood boils.? Please save yourself from this rude, racist, arrogant and immature man. Go to co-op instead they treat you far better.

Avoid this place if you are ethnic. The lady (middle aged, brunette) behind the counter was having a jolly old time chatting to a white English customer. And then it was my turn, she looked at my face and her attitude, facial expressions and body language completely changed. I had not said anything to her and I was so polite. Then the customer behind me got served, who was English and she was much more warmer with him, paying that customer and his young son more attention. I was observing and listening to her interactions the whole time. It was funny because after some people came in speaking a foreign language. I didn't hang around to see what happened but the lady behind the counter probably had a heart attack.Anyway, the lady with the long blonde hair at the back is always cheerful, friendly and goes above and beyond. Would not come to this place if it wasn't for her lovely attitude. Maybe you should put her at the front.

Tango ice blast machine broken, yet just eat let's me place a delivery... For £7.50. Terrible customer service. Should not be an option, please removed for delivery - This is shameful, money grabbing at it's finest.
