The workers here not sure if it?s the managers that have the headphones on putting away clothes ect always have an eye on you if u leave something not in the hook ect they complain? or look at you in a certain way?
is this not your job you are the one getting paid for this job no requirement says i need to put the clothes back in it?s place or correctly and neatly werid can?t even shop.
Cashiers are fine.

Visited today: visited to return a jumper and collect an online order. How amazing, quick and SIMPLE are their return machines?! Highly recommend using them it took 30 seconds to do. Scan the item, it brings up your name, click confirm and ?post? the item in the locker it shows how much you?ll get refunded and then prints the receipt. I?d only suggest some hand sanitizer as peoples fingers using the touch screen.Nice and clean store. As a disabled shopper it?s easy for me to get around and their lift was working.

Recently had to visit to sort a suit. We'd ordered online and unfortuantly got all the sizes wrong. Went to the counter and was helped by an incredible woman (sorry I didn't get her name, petite brunette mid 20s ish). She could not have done more to hunt through the local stores in an effort to find me a suit that fitted (I'm very big guy) including searching though stores that only had a vague connection to where we'd be in the next few weeks. She also hubyed through instore stock and made any suggestions she could come up with. Unfortuanly didn't find one in the end but that was a failing of my diet not her! I will be back next time I need something!

One member of staff very rude, laughed at my mother when we had to come back to try the refund AGAIN due to her small knowledge of being able to refund via Apple Pay.. disgusted, she should know more about her job
