So annoying this place a few years ago used to be 10/10 now it's changed Owner's the food is still okay but I paid 30 pound for two large chicken sish and got 3 slices of lettuce on my food and basically no salad it's so so frustrating and a bit of a piss take really considering the price !!! Also just found hair in my food !!!!

I ordered a doner kebab this evening. As usual I asked for them to cut it so that it be thinly cut and crispy and as usual, there were around 3 pieces on the top that were thin and the rest were not crispy at all and very thickly cut. Horrid texture so once again, I had to throw my food and wasted my money again. Won?t be returning as they never do as I ask.

I have just ordered Mega Special from their website
And i received my food very quickly. All food was really good and Rice was surprisingly tasty, I never like the rice from the restaurants , but I love the rice this time . Thank you for your service and I definitely will be ordering again .

It?s a shame I have to write this as I have gone here for a long time and the guys are always great but after my wife and kids had their chicken donner, they all got very ill through the night. I?m hoping things get better but unfortunately we won?t be ordering from here again.

The worst doner and chips I?ve ever had. Chips was soggy and not cooked. Meat was left over doner and dry. Vomiting straight after. Salad was also soggy. Really disappointed:( waste of £15

Price is gone up very high you buy a large doner looks like a small alot of my family and friends wont be going there anymore salads are not fresh funny smell a mix has gone up to 40 or more which is like a small size tottally ripoffs

Having moved to the area fairly new, Mega Charcoal Grill will be my new go to spot for a decent kebab! The staff were super friendly and polite. I had purchased a few doner wraps and it was very tasty and filling. If your in the area I would highly recommend!

Rice wasn?t cooked properly, bread was old, Cacik was very bitter, but the chicken was lovely, & I ordered and paid to collect via the website but didn?t get an email or text, a little disconcerting, but ok in the end!
