i had a very pleasant experience at
Lex Pharmacy,yesterday.I was given a mini health Mot by a delightful young lady called Renee.She took my blood pressure + asked several questions about my life-style + self care.She acted in a totally professional + warm manner + I felt like I was in the hands of an utter professional.Well done Renee + Lex.

Review Title: ?LEX-cuse Me, Are You Even Open??
If you?re looking for a pharmacy that?s never open and has a phone line permanently stuck on ?Sorry, try again later,? LEX Pharmacy is the place for you! It?s like they hired Casper the Friendly Ghost to run the counter?because no one?s ever there.
Tried calling once, got through to a busy tone. Tried again, same result. Pretty sure they?re using their phone line to keep up with their Candy Crush addiction.
If you need urgent medication, just hope your ailment can wait until next Christmas, because that?s probably when they?ll next answer the phone.

This pharmacy is impossible to get hold of, constantly has its phones off the hook all day everyday, as a manager of a care agency it?s impossible to sort out issues or request medication for our clients. You have to physically visit the pharmacy to get a response, this is time consuming and inconvienent when issues could be resolved over the phone. On the one occasion I have been able to get through staff were very rude and unhelpful. Shocking customer service.
