I dealt with a lady called Kendra. 10/10 customer service. I'd ordered a 6 online but was sent a 7. Kendra went above & beyond by calling several stores to find a size 6, even calling one manager on her personal as no one was answering. We couldnt find a in store size so she said she would order them online for me, she made another call to find a next day delivery discount code so I only had to pay £1 for home delivery. Best thing is Kendra popped downstairs & when she returned she said I she was going to exchange instead so I didnt have to fork out more money whislt waiting for a refund. This is the perfect kind of staff member you want to deal with - quick, friendly, has common sense & actually wants to help you!! Thanks??

Came today with my daughter to get her top she was looking for weeks now and found it in the store which was lucky. The reason why we went to the shop is that she order the same top online and been cancelled 3 times still don't know why?? And won't give us any reason why??

Reasonable prices but unable to use blue light card on t shirt offer of 2 for £15. That offer has been on for years, how can it be an offer - surely its the regular price.

Difficult to get help here, you really have to make an effort to get a member of staff's attention and it wasn't busy, otherwise they just walk past you. They look miserable including the staff on the till, Not a friendly store at all.

Me and my partner frequently visit this jd as it?s our local jd and the ignorant stuck up staff follows us round and back bites us like we?re stupid right in front of us taking the piss. Not long ago they accused my partner of stealing when he never and they still keep following us around! We cannot shop in peace as they are up our backs like a cats? But we have never stolen from the shop and everytime we come there we purchase something. I?m not gonna say what community we?re from as it?s not needed but it?s quite obvious why it?s only ever us picked apart and followed around the store. My friend works in retail and could tell when she come in with us before that they obviously think we?re going to steal when we have never given the indication. Some of the workers in there are lovely but to the rest and you know who you are Have a merry Christmas and get off your high horses ?
