Cold steak bakes at 7:45am. Like totally cold. Threw it away after eating half. Other than that, wuality of the food has been going down for years. I'll never go back.

Manage to catch the name of the young lad ( Zack )
Who thinks it?s okay to close the doors 5-10 mins earlier then the trading time states.. which is against the law..
Also has the cheek to re-open the doors and to say ?what do you want? how rude !
I will be taking this complaint officially to head office, this store is an absolute mess.

I was in this shop recently and a customer was told she needed to wait for vegetable bakes. This is understandable but the customer started verbally assaulting the member of staff, calling her stupid and attacking her for her weight. The company claims to have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on abuse to staff so I was extremely appalled to find out that the staff member in question was given a disciplinary by the company because she defended herself. She had every right to as the things the customer was saying were disgusting. This has completely brought down my opinion on the company as I think it is disgusting that you would allow your staff to be abused in such a way and then take disciplinary action against them when they defend themselves if you claim to have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on abuse to staff. The member of staff did nothing wrong and only acted in the most humanly way possible when being verbally attacked about their physical appearance when all she was doing was her job. If you want to uphold your company reputation, how about you actually uphold your supposed company values and support your members of staff instead of making them feel like the aggressor when actually they were the victim. Disgusting from a once great company that now only cares about its profit, the staff are treated like slaves in there and it?s reputation as a company has drastically plummeted, even if they are making more money than ever.
