Far too busy and hectic for a relaxing coffee and catchup. Our order was forgotten about and had to request again.

Just want to say a very big thank you to the staff in Costa at Brookfield, particularly the very kind gentleman who cleaned up my stupid spillage, he was very kind, helpful & replaced my drink swiftly & made me feel better after feeling very stupid when spilling my drink all over me, the table & floor! Thank you kind sir.

Tried paying twice with phone but wouldn't accept, lady behind the counter said it was on her and I didn't have to pay! Very friendly and accommodating, would definitely recommend

Waiting in a queue for over 25 minutes just to be served with only two staff behind the counter.
More staff needed to help keep up with a very busy Costa! It?s only a Thursday afternoon so shouldn?t be such a wait.

Costa coffee always been good for coffee and food and they always offer a large selection to choose from but the service need to be more looked into it, and yes the waiting is long and I will say for any busy coffee shop that I have been too I experience the same level of issues all the times, the customers need to understand when there is only a few people working on shift only those issues can only been from the top and not the people working at the time, also if people order different coffee with different milk etcs... it will take them more time to make it. I didn't mind the wait because I understand how hard can it be for them to make sure the coffee is done properly.

Messy, dirty tables, overall unwelcoming; there are no sweets or snacks for breakfast, there is no soy/oat milk, and the cane sugar has run out for TWO weeks... in short, not recommended!

The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, engaging in arguments and shouting in the presence of customers. The establishment was exceedingly unclean, and there were no cups available for indoor service, leaving us with no choice but to opt for takeaway.

Attended Costa at Brookfield shopping centre today & the service was poor. The queue from when we arrived to when we left an hour later was out of the door. In fact, the queue was so long & slow moving that we went elsewhere for a second drink. In addition, we had to have take away cups instead of crockery as apparently the dishwasher looked as if it was about to breakdown. Not the best experience
