This used to be the best place in town and ordered several times. I believe that the meat portion size is getting less and less for me anyway. Last few times I was left rather disappointed and hungry. I'm not sure what has happened, maybe a different chef as the Bombay Potato was over cooked and very bland, plain rice watery with kind of ruined things further. Through fear of being left hungry again am looking elsewhere. Kind of sad as was so great.

I recently had the worst dining experience I?ve ever encountered at this restaurant. Not only was the customer service appalling, but they also tried to overcharge us, hoping we wouldn?t notice. When we pointed it out, the staff was dismissive and unapologetic, making it clear they were more interested in squeezing extra money out of us than in offering any genuine hospitality or respect. I?ve never felt compelled to walk out of a restaurant before, but this was a truly unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise against dining here, and I will absolutely never return.

Been using the Cinnamon lounge for several years now for home delivery via Just Eat app. The food is always very tasty and delivery is friendly always prompt hot and often arrives earlier than time quoted. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant for a wide range of tasty dishes with many vegetarian options. Thanks Alan

Absolutely delicious Bombay and Dhansak. Rice fluffy and moreish. Staff attentive and warm. Was a peaceful dinner as restaurant quiet. Definitely returning for a repeat!

Good location and service but food needs work. Vegetarian food was good. We also loved the lamb pathilla and seafood bhuna, but butter chicken needs more authenticity. Please look into it.

The BEST place to come to with your family. Amazing staff?s who are super friendly, and the restaurant itself has that unique vibe for a special experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, that we kept coming back to this restaurant. He even looked after our little baby whilst we were eating! THE BEST! My family and I have ordered takeaway from? Cinnamon Lounge for decades. Hands down they are the best Indian takeaway in Hertfordshire. The food is great every single time.They are always able to accommodate whenever we have a request. Unless we?re away on holiday, we wouldn?t order from anywhere else.100% recommend.
