The man at the shop saw I was in a rush to get the bus but still decided to take an annoyingly long time whilst smiling to scan my ONE water bottle so I didn?t even buy it. Thanks mate your little jokes and incompetence earned you this review ?

The station and shop is great but this review is about the guy! I will stop at the station again hope his gone next time. There is a guy serving in the station that needs to be fired. I asked for gluten free section. He waved his hands raising his voice at me asking WHAT GLUTEN FREE! He said his more than twice. I said it?s food and he raised his voice again say YES BUT WHAT FOOD! I said it could be any food, just because he couldn?t understand what gluten free is or what a gluten free section is he started raising his voice. When I said I don?t want to be served by him and his manager (Abdreee) arrived she did nothing or say anything to him. When I asked the manager to write his name down so I can speak to head office this guy apparently named Shazil said to me can?t I spell. Him and his manger allowed him to talk down at me. BP really should sack him and he should never work with Marks and Spenser food if he does not know what gluten free food is. His scum!!! I will be reporting this incident to head office as it was a personal attack not just rudeness.

One of their best stations that I have visited, friendly service staff and quick. You always find gloves and paper towels stocked and available as I hate fuel on my hands, clean facilities too

Thank you so much Gemma, and team at M&S simply food garage who came to our rescue on our hour if need. Giving us a hot drink as we waited such along time for our car to be recovered home! Great cheerful staff. It's nice jo know there are good people out there. ?

I just popped in for an emergency box of heets and they wanted a whopping £6.70 whereas they are only £5.50 everywhere else. It's enough to make you want to quit.

There is one guy here, anyone who goes here often will know the one I mean who is terrible with customers. I?ve found a stirring stick snapped in half in my hot drink. He doesn?t say anything to you through the window?.he charges me for petrol then when I ask for additional items he huffs and puffs. Emailed bp they told me they would do something about it but obviously haven?t.

Went into BP today 7th February 2023 soon as I stepped in there I was being watched and followed like I was going to steal something member of staff asked me am I looking for something with the dirtiest look if looks could kill I?d be stone cold dead it?s a store so yes I was in there to look for something didn?t go in there to catch the next train felt very uncomfortable so left the store I was going to say do you sell air freshener because your attitude stinks will not be going in there again that?s for sure staff need to work on there customer service skills and there attitude
