Was extremely dissapointed with this branch. I have visited several Morrisons Daily and this branch does not offer near enough the level of the store that I have visited.
I went to the store towards the end of the day when they reduce there fresh baked stock. However when I spoke to a member of instore staff they seemed to not know what I was asking about.
Really strange.

The worst shop ever, every time when i walk in is disgustingly smelly and they never have fresh products. Is specifically saying on the door that they close at 22:00, so that means the doors must be opened till that time, today i came at 21:51, the door was closed and one of their staff member said they shut the doors earlier than 22:00, why?Is not fair ,maybe someone is traveling 30 minutes for those 10 minutes to get something important.

When I went into this branch this afternoon for a newspaper, a box of grapes I unfortunately couldn't get any of any kind as they were out of stock so tomorrow I'll have to go further probably to a bigger branch of Morrisons paying bus fare on top of any purchases that I make which isn't something that I should need to do. Usually the above branch keeps stock of them.

There is no point in the shop answering these reviews if your not going to CHANGE YOUR SERVICE. Be helpful and efficient. Not SLOW! There is a young girl that smiles but it's not enough. Why is there too much queue. Why does someone not think to help straight away. You can stop shelf filling for a bit. You all need training on CUSTOMER SERVICE staff need to be nice first so customers are nice back. Otherwise you won't have any customers!!! Local shops operate privately and it's a shame as you're representing a brand not a convenience store under your name. ?

Every time I ask why is the post office closed yet it says is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday they are always very rude and once the guy didn?t even bother answering, just turned around and completely ignored me. Awful rude staff!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My brother was asked to get some shopping for my elderly mother. He popped into Morrisons Daily in Bushey Heath. The shopping list included 2 jars of Kenco coffee (regular & decaf) He was charged £7.45 for the jar of regular smooth Kenco coffee! (Normal retail price is £4.50). Absolutely outrageous! When he went to pay / tap his card he was told that his card was declined so he paid cash. ( his card worked perfectly in all other shops etc). This store is an absolute rip off & gives the Morrison brand a bad name. Never again will we or anyone we know purchase anything from this branch.

Worst customer service ever, asked for some change for a £20 and the deputy manager who did have change in his till lied and said he didn't have any change and then when I said if I bought something would he give me change he said well if you were to buy then obviously I'd have to give u change. I was in separate need of the change, why is it that these people who reach these deputy manager positions forget humanity and are so greedy even when they can see someone is in dire need of change....you made me buy a chocolate pack for £2 just so I could get some change. Dont take advantage of someone's situation...you never know when you'll be in that position-Depty manager Harsh srilankan deputy manager definitely needs a retraining as to how to deal with coloured people. Had it been someone rude looking non coloured im sure this would not have been the case. Id like to make a formal complaint and would appreciate if Morrions advised as to how to do this as this is a form of discrimination

I found the staff to be quite friendly. I needed some lottery tickets and a last minute cake. I asked them if the carrot cake I picked was nice and the young lovely lady said it was. She was genuinely saying so too, and was proved right when we ate it, really nice.
