Avoid it. The car was damaged while the tires were being changed. For three months, the only thing that was done was a promise to fix it. Currently, customer service and managers are not responding to emails.Georgia, please write to me at least one of my emails...

Avoid this garage at all costs. I have been to the Pro Tyre before in Stockport and they have always been amazing there so I thought I would receive a similar service here. I booked in for a bronze service which I was told would take an hour upon booking, however when I arrived and confirmed the time he said it would be hours before I got it back because a ramp was broken. I received a call a few hours later to say that they recommend I get three new tyres and he quoted me £360 for 3 tyres which he said was the cheapest tyres they had. I initially said yes that?s fine even though I thought it was expensive. Overall it would have cost me £500 for a bronze service and three tyres. I told my partner who then called them and challenged the price and told them not to fit the tyres. The man was rude to my partner and put the phone down on him. My partner had to call back numerous times before they would answer and the man informed him they had already fitted 2 tyres to which my partner told him to take them off which they eventually did. When I arrived to collect the car the man was really rude to me and when I tried to ask him a question he ignored me. Upon leaving the garage it popped up on my car that one of my tyres was losing air pressure so it?s pretty obvious they gave me a slow puncture as they were annoyed we changed our mind about the tyres as the air pressure should have been tested as part of the service. Even upon looking on their website I can get a tyre for £60 for my car so I?m not sure where his figures came from. I feel really unhappy even paying for the bronze service as I don?t feel they even did the job properly. Please avoid this garage!

Brought my car in for an oil change for which I paid £ 140 but after it was done I was told the oil light was coming on and was told it needed a oil pressure switch and I would get a quote on this. When I went to pick up the car at the end of the day I was told they were unable to get the part but if I could get it myself they would fit it for me next day. After calling several places finally manage to get the part and dropped it off. At the end of the day I was told they were not able to fit it and I would need an oil pressure test from the main dealer. Available date given was 6 weeks from today which was of no use to me as was travelling overseas by ferry next day. Now unable to bring the car costing me hundreds extra in taxi's and no car when arrriving at our destination. The guy at reception (red hair , long beard) was completely unapologetic, didn't offer me a refund, compensation or anything. Completely messed up my car due to their incompetence and ruined my holiday. Would give zero stars if I could. Awful service.

Rubbish service. After 90 minutes of waiting at the fitter's garage, Kipling Motorist Centre, they refused to install new tyres stating that for £12 per tyre won't be enough, that's how much Asda pays them, and is not worthing to bother. Rude staff and rubbish service.They stated I am not their client as I am Asda client. Pathetic and ridiculous. Definitely not recommend again. What a shame.

Brought car here for tyre change. Kwikfit couldn't find a simple nail in tyre and here the engineer Alex spotted straight away because they took tyre off qnd properly inspected it. Will be bringing any tyre issues to this garage and NOT kwikfit. Seen to timely and work done well. Thank you.

Made an appointment on Monday for the following Saturday, showed up on time on Saturday and got told they are too busy and turned me away. Waste of time.
