Went to the Watford branch today and there was no order in the cars leaving the are after getting fuel.Even though I beeped my horn and was blocked in by other inconsiderate drivers blocking me leaving the area no members of staff came to direct drivers in an orderly fashion.Was this because the sale had been completed and therefore Costco did not care ?

We going weekly and every time seems like is getting worseToday was the cherry on the pie1 staff pushing pallets with cardboard they come behind you and expect to know minimal communication2.Staff in the clothing dept ask for kids underwear there answer was "go and look around i don't know " from 2 members off staff a joke3. Groups off elders making circles and blocking and hole eile u making impossible to shop when i ask a staff to review this behaviour one staff member said are paying costumers and they can stay and chatIs a joke no management nothing ashame when u spend 1k a month i your store have a bit off costumer service and be kind
