Poor service, poor food, rude staff, they tried to charge us for containers for our left overs, they swore at us when we refused service charge, made a scene infront of their own customers, kept telling our 1 year old baby to be quiet.Rubbish staff, rubbish place.Try thai pan northwood or tian hu belmont circle for better places

Excellent Chinese food. Has got a little expensive recently with a large price increase for 'eat as much as you like.' A further visit and still excellent food and service. Next visit reliably great once more.

AVOID.Very bad food. Tastes like they use old burnt oil. I specifically requested to put less oil in our chow meins. It was so oily and very tasteless. It was our first order. I rang the restaurant to give them a chance to find a solution, but the last said you ordered from under, talk to them. She said we have to put oil. I explained I understand they do to ensure it doesn't stick to the pan but this much oil is enough to make another 5-6 servings !Very rude , not helpful. We now wasted money on food we will not eat. AVOID

I'd avoid coming here to eat if i were you. when choosing the all you can eat part of the menu it does show you can't take away any food that you can't finish. Fair enough sometimes there's rules you have to follow when eating at a restaurant. However, 7 months ago when my partner started wrapping bones in tissue from a portion of ribs we had ordered to give to our dog as leftovers he was very rudely told off and that the police would be called. For what?? those bones would just go in the bin anyway!! absolutely ridiculous - no customer service exists at this place. i found it was understaffed as well 2 waitresses are not enough when the place is completely booked up. could do with one more person at least! Food itself there's nothing wrong in fact it still tastes amazing as ever but because of the way we were treated we won't be going back. The one in hatch end when it was still open was so much better...

Rang up first and got told to hang on. Put phone down after ten minutes as they forgot me. Rang back and someone else took order. Arrived when told to collect. Everyone at counter was complaining about wait. Was told ours would be ready soon and asked for money. Produced our debit card and told it would be an extra 5 pounds for using it. We explained that there is no charge for debit cards only credit ones. Woman replied cancel your order if you don?t like it. So we walked out. Very rude and greedy people. They could not deal with volume of customers and their service was awful. Will never go there again.

the food is what you'd expect from the usual chinese takeaway, and I'm yet to have a bad experience there, the staff are usually quite nice and the overall atmosphere in the restraunt (while sometimes a little crowded) is pleasant. The few times ive ordered takeaways, the food has arrived at a reasonable time and fried dishes like sweet and sour chicken hold up pretty well despite the journey.

Used to love this place for family and friends catch up. The food used to be spot on and staff friendly. Sadly this is no longer the case. Was there for a small birthday gathering and staff literally had frowns on and miserable. Crispy chilli beef used to be a highlight but this is bad now. Such a shame.

Don?t even bother eating here, it?s by far the worst chinese in watford if not could even be england, Food is undercooked and has funnytaste,

This was the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. I took my grandchildren there as a treat. There are so many other restaurants in Bushey. I really chose the wrong one. The food and the service were disgusting not to mention expensive.

Very disappointed, ordered king prawns with ginger and spring onion and there were only 5 prawns and a whole plate of onions. Staff were very rude and told me to take it up to Uber eats even though they are responsible for this. Was a regular customer but now I?m never ordering from here again. Don?t waste your money here.
