William the dentist at Bushey is absolutely fabulous. Being from a military family is have had alot of dentists with moves across the UK. He is by far the kindest and skilled dentist i have ever had. Totally trust his decision making and approach to dental health. Really skilled, having had to redo some previous dentists work and honestly what he did is a work of art. I hope h3 stays cos he is brilliant. Super great with the children too both of mine have special needs and he is fabulous. Love you receptionist team too.

Highly recommend Dr Beatie, I am very nervous at the dentist but have felt so much more confident since seeing Dr Beatie.

Extremely unhappy with service. Booked appointment two months in advance for dental implant because of specific timing requirement. Appointment was cancelled 2 hours before actual appointment. Just 2 hours before, not even in the morning of the day. While not totally unreasonable, I assumed they would be able to provide alternate appointment soon but no! The next available appointment offered was 1 whole month away. Reason given was that the consultant only comes twice a month. Maybe have a better consultant that in reliable or at least one that comes sooner to make up for cancelled appointments?

I had some work done on my broken teeth here today, and wow i can smile again! Dr Will Beatie, and his nurse (Shanta, i think) went above and beyond to help, his work is exceptional im so impressed, thank you so much! Also a thank you to Kavita on reception too, always a beautiful smile to cheer you up!

Saw new dentist this visit, William Beattie, he was fantastic, best service I have ever received at any dentist, he had looked through previous years of x-rays, presumably does this every evening/morning for all the days clients. He showed me the x-rays and the part he was concerned about and explained exactly why. Service was exceptional.
Also the young lady at reception Kavita, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
Visiting the dentist is never the most appealing thing but these people made it much, much better.
Unfortunately hygienist is next, can't stand that. Nothing personal hygienist people

Dr William Beattie is a dentist at Bupa Dental Care who is covering temporarily but absolutely superb extremely professional and knowledgeable.

The receptionist ate so helpful, patient and friendly.
The Dental nurses and dentists are all so professional, empathetic, caring and so very personable.
Without their understanding, I would never have had the work done on my teeth that I so desperately needed
