Just had a pedicure by Naz and it was brilliant. Feel like I'm walking on clouds now.I felt very accommodated especially being a man. Will definitely be coming back.Everyone there is lovely!!!

I am shocked by the level of customer service given to a family member who recently visited your salon. Please can you explain how you can charge a 15 year old teenager nearly £30 to have less than 1 inch of hair cut ( the hair was not even washed ) I thought having a business you would want to keep customers happy rather than losing then, you even had the audacity to threaten call the police. My daughter was very upset .For your information you have a duty to display what your charges are to the consumer I am pleased to say your salon will not be visited by any of my family members in the future. I suggest you take course in customer service on how to treat your Customers.Service: Hairstyling

I don?t usually write a review, but I had to, because I really enjoyed my experience, it was worth every penny, i had a full body massage by Naz and I really didn?t want it to end, she has a very light hand and i am a very fussy person and very particular about details, she was amazing and I am glad that I found a place where I can go and receive excellent servicesThank you so much for today and I can?t wait to come back.

Had a haircut with Chelsea. I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted from different angles and it was clear she wasn't sure how to go about getting the style. What I walked out with was not what I asked for and I feel she could tell too but I didn't know how to direct her. Will be scheduling a corrective cut with another salon.
