Very relaxed, nice friendly atmosphere. Yes, I agree with other reviewees that the service is long, but this is only because the food is made fresh and the place is very popular.

This is our second time visiting, first time was very disappointing but we could tell they were busy and understaffed so we came back today for breakfast as it’s our local cafe since moving and we’d like to support but the service was slow, we were warned it would be a 20min wait. Lovely cafe i've had the full english several times. It's mostly excellent produce especially the delicious steaky bacon but the sausages unfortunately are the cheap frozen kind which on a £12 breakfast i'd expect a decent local one (maybe even use the Braughing brand up the road!)
The shop was opened in May 2009 by Kay Hamilton-Crook, who now manages the shop with the help of a great team of staff. Kay truly believed that all Buntingford needed, to make it the perfect place to live, was a high quality coffee shop serving excellent food and drink, all day, everyday. The whole team believes in delivering excellent food and drink sourced as locally as possible. We strive to be part of the community by catering above and beyond peoples expectations.
