Ordered a load of post and rail fencing and postcreate. Only the posts and the postcrete turned up when due on a Friday. Four times I called them, ech time they promised to call me back, but didnt. On the Monday, my builder made a start with the posts, while I called and emailed them again. Eventually the builder couldnt go any furter so whent to another job. Amazingly, somone called me and said that they were out of stock and the bosss was ringing around to ge more. They assured me they would call me with an update. A week later, no call and I've had to buy the rails from elswhere. These guys are muppets!

Ordered close board fence panels, one the panels were damaged. A replacement was agreed for one panel, let down and messed around for 2 weeks to resolve a straight swap. When the replacement was provided it was damaged. I complained several times to various members of staff, Paul , Adam Paige,Adam Brown (director) totally unreliable! No courtesy callback, I as the customer chasing them for a resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Very unprofessional way of running a family business. It has cost me time and money with the contractor! Such an unprofessional company.I would not recommend this company to my contractor or anyone looking to buy goods, customers should think twice before ordering or buying goods from this company.

So the scam is to advertise a reputable branded product at a highly competitive price and then send you a completely different cheap foreign product with dubious third party accreditation. You can get a refund after carting the stuff to the post office but they trouser the substantial delivery charge. Not nice people to deal with - don?t get caught!

Nice enough guys that work there, but totally unreliable! New to the area so used them as local.. out of approx 10 orders 3 of them never showed.. one 2 days from the day that was promised! No courtesy call to state why it never arrived.. the other two a day late! How can you run a business, when the suppliers don?t show up? It?s cost me hundreds and hundreds of pounds standing around waiting! Pushed 2 jobs over dates they were due to be completed because of non arrival materials! Don?t promise a date if you can?t stick to it! So unprofessional. Unfortunately I?ll be looking for a new supplier now, it?s the last time I?ll be using them.

A fantastic service! Purchased a large order from this company and both service and communication was excellent throughout. Delivery by Stuart was fantastic. He really took care of off-loading the delivery onto the drive and all materials were well packaged and left where we requested. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again with no hesitation at all.Thanks you ?

Delivery driver threw products onto my driveway damaging the timber and disturbing homeowners. Glass shards found on timber on delivery (beware when handling). Poor customer care when highlighting this to the operations director...Following the response - care to upload the image of the so called stacked timber?No I didn't leave a review on previous orders, but during several email exchanges had praised the customer service for those orders. This is also why I felt it necessary to complain regarding the 3rd delivery (not 4th as you've stated). Poor conduct and serious lack of customer service and after care.I will take you up on the offer to collect the damaged timber however. Please arrange for this to be done this week and timber fully refunded.

They go above and beyond to help, have a vast selection of product and free local delivery is always a winner for me above other large merchants.
