Appauled to be honest. I recently joined this dentistry and unfortunately my experience wasn?t good at all start to finish. The receptionist seemed unbothered and unwelcoming. The dentist I saw for my first ever appointment there, did not make me feel welcome either. It was very uncomfortable. I was spoken to with a very abrupt and arrogant tone. Until I expressed an interest in wanting to do bonding in the future, I was spoken to as though I was a nuisance. When I asked questions I was answered sarcastically as if I should know what a fully trained dentist knows when asking simple advice? As soon as I left this dentist I did not return and immediately signed up to a new dentist who are amazing welcoming friendly and helpful. When patients visit a dentist or a doctor they may feel nervous. To treat people with such cold dismissal is not ok. Disappointing that these are professionals working in a health and care industry.
