Was trying to pay for my shopping but been told by cashier I’m not allowed to pay cash( total joke) if I want to pay by cash I can there is no law saying I can’t…. Poor costumer service.. will go somewhere else next time

Gone down immensely over the last year. Not sure if it’s due to a change in management. Shelves are empty most of the time including the lunch time sandwiches.
I felt compelled to ask one of the members of staff who I hadn’t seen before why this was the case, and it almost felt like I had insulted his very existence.... read full comment

Always toilets out of order. Company should knock out toilets because when I came for fuel toilet out of order. Shell fuel need to take action.
