The little boy behind the counter is very helpful when I queried about changing my prescriptions to this pharmacy. His so lovely. However I can?t say much about the old lady, such a MISERABLE HAG!!!

28.03.25 - I've received a message that my medication is ready. Confused to what this is? Again tried calling and no one is answering the phone!!!!! Has any action been taken?
Added 17.30 - Absolutely disgusted by the service i received from the girl behind the counter. She has no customer services, i should have not been spoken to like the way she did. It showed her immaturity. I called whilst i was there, the phone was ringing, whilst 3 people where doing nothing behind the counter.
I have been calling since 9am, and no one picked up. Its 12.36pm, continually called since 9.30, and the phone line keeps saying that you are busy.
How do you even get through, if no one answers the phone at 9am! or you are constantly busy nearly all day!
You have now had to make me come and visit you again to get my missing prescription, when I should of received it yesterday!
I wouldn't of been calling today, if I was given ALL my prescriptions! The most important one that I needed is missing!
Not happy, that I am wasting my time calling and there is no one available since 9am!!!!
How convenient, its 1pm, the message has disappeared, I'm guessing you have closed for lunch. If you have time for lunch, then you should have time to answer the phone!
As expected, called at 2pm and the message that your busy has re appeared. Absolutely appalling!!!!

I'm afraid I didnt get such good service. The lady serving looked like she'd come back from a funeral....she stood there behind the till busily doing something, and not even acknowledging me waiting....usually staff say.... 'Ill just be a minute' or something. She just didn't even have the decency to look at me or smile. Same when she finally served me, not speaking. She didn't know what product I was striving to recall the name of...(I'm 66 so I'm getting forgetful) didn't even suggest Anything. If you're going to work with the general public then at least make an effort....I shall go elsewhere next time....The assistant was bordering on RUDE.

I have always been happy with the friendly service from the staff. Particularly the lovely young lady normally helping behind the counter.However, today when I went to collect my meds my experience was totally different.There was already a customer waiting to be served when I entered the chemist. We waited for ages to be served despite 4 members of staff behind the pharmacy. At no time did anyone acknowledge we were there.I do hope the lovely young lady has not left because she would have at least spoken to us. I know they are busy but courtesy costs nothing.

I joined this pharmacy in November when I moved to Cheshunt from Enfield.The standard of service and the care shown to their patients is exemplary.Nothing is ever too much for them, they even help me to carry some of the heavier medication to the car.
