I had 2 moles removed this morning & it was a comfortable & friendly experience - I would recommend Bourne Beauty for this procedure, the cost was very reasonable also. Really happy with the general service & after care advice.

I choose Becka for my facial and massage. That was perfect. I feel sooo good for my back/shoulders and my skin is smooth. I recommand and go back for sure.

Had an appointment my partner surprised me with and it was the worst treatment I have ever had, my partner feels so guilty and it?s not his fault. The treatment was a luxurious pedicure and it wasn?t luxurious none of what I received was talked about on there description on there website. The staff turned up 10 minutes late for work! Extremely rushed and the colour didn?t last a day! Dealt with the manager Claire and extremely rude! I will not recommended anyone to go here I can see why it is so cheap in prices as the service is terrible. I should not have paid my service which is my own fault but I thought the owner would have been nice to help. I think I?m just going to keep going back to Lush on Baker Street and higher end beauty salons as they are always incredible and get what you pay for.
