Staffed by absolutely clueless fools. Why employ people that have no customer service ethos, and cannot advise on the simplest question. Your 40th anniversary eh? I?ve been a customer for most of your existence, since 1987, and I am treated with rudeness and shrugged shoulders in one of you stores. Manager needs a severe dose of training. Appalled.

Went there to change my vodafone sim, the guy from there was fast and polite. New sim activated in minutes.

Went in to renew our phones was happy with the service received was told by Ahmad the store manager that he could transfer our data to our new phones when they arrived. Went back in once phones were there to be told by a very nice girl Kimi that there would be a charge of £25 per phone to transfer data. At no point during our time dealing with Ahmad did he mention there would be a charge and as store manager I would have thought he would have known this. We are extremely disappointed with Ahmad for not informing us. On the other hand Kimi was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with a credit to your store. She was very helpful with us and very friendly well done Kimi.

Got there late in the day to get a sim replacement and was served by Alex who was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He dealt with my request swiftly and I was up and running with the new SIM very quickly.

If you want to "get through to a person" to help you, it's best to just turn up. They helped me get "set up" when I had to get my phone set up with eSim after switching.

Very Helpful Staff. But couldn't find any Mobile Upgrade option to liking. After over 10yrs, no loyalty freebies, unlike New Customer.

I gest stop my contract earlier about last year in December and I have to pay £188 for earlier fee, I completely forgot about this ?I?m human and i have right to do mistakes to forget?. Now they set me up on arreras ?debt collector agency? but they never contact me as I?m keeping the same number, same address and the same email?. Now I have to pay more then you believe includes credit score affected?. SHAME

Not very busy but deals and signal for this network is poor. Situated in the corner of the shopping park so is not very hard to miss. They have all the latest phones and even phones at high end, mid range and low end. So van be considered based on your budget
