We went there to get keys. We went back home and it didn?t fit. We went again and we got it fixed. Then we went back home. It wasn?t done then we went back to Timpson?s and just decided that we?re going to return it because we had enough.!.!.!.!.!

The man that works there is very rude. Talks in a condescending tone as if he?s doing the key cutting for free. Unpleasant experience, will not return despite convenient location.

This is my second experience with Timpsons Borehamwood. Both visit have been a pleasant experience. I need shell replacement for my car keys, person I dealt with was very polite and his advise was useful moreover he was friendly. Hence I returned second time and recommended a friend.

I went to do 2 very basic kind of key cuttings. And Charged me 16£. That?s ok if everything would be fine but unfortunately, they suck. One of the keys works, but the other one will never work?later I went back three times for this stupid key cutting and guess what! Still not working! Anyways I give up :-)

Really quick watch battery replacement, not even 10 minutes! Very friendly and helpful man working there, didn`t get his name though. Explained the different options and what is included within the price, and what to do if you lose the receipt. Really good price for a lifetime warranty on watch batteries as well, even for expensive brands of watches. Would recommend.
