Horrible experience. All workers just sleep and you can tell from their faces. No good customer service, they don?t know where anything is!! Please get a manager or someone to fix this issue. All workers seem to not know what they?re doing and are very lazy. Approached a worker for help , they told me the wrong thing. (Item that was in fact out of stock)

Having spent nearly £400 in store today, I got home to discover that a trio set of toiletries had an item missing. No one picked up the phone in store, so I drove all the way back on a point of principle, having felt cheated of a purchase. The item was replaced, but the store manager was unable to offer a token gesture of goodwill - ?can?t do that?. Complete lack of vendor responsibility and values. Customer time and travel expense wasted, but not a bit of humility from Sports Direct Borehamwood - shame on you.

DO NOT order anything to store for collection. They have had my package for over 2 weeks with no update and the customer service online is one of the worst experiences iv never had. You literally can?t speak to a person. I couldn?t even get a refund so have has to dispute the payment with my bank!
AVOID sports direct at all costs. Just take your money and don?t deliver! Pathetic
*update finally got through to someone who told me they had emailed it to the warehouse to sort out. 2 weeks later no reply! No shoes and they stole my money? avoid avoid avoid

I bought an arsenal top to get personalised but needed to check it was the correct size so I took it home and came back a couple weeks later I came on the Tuesday and they said I need to come on Friday as the person who does the printing isn?t available till then. I just went back and they said they don?t do same day printing (even though I told them I needed it on Friday and they said that?s fine). I now have to run around to find somewhere where they will do it but I won?t be in a rush to return back to this branch. Incredibly disappointed

Awful service. Bought a football top which we were told they could print on. Took it to USA for family member to try it on. When we took it back to Sports Direct on the Tuesday we got back, to have it printed, we were told they only print on a Friday. Went back on the Friday to be told they do not do same day printing, and the top would need to be left until the Monday. We explained we needed the printing done on that day as someone was taking it to USA the following morning. We were told the shop in Watford did same day printing, so drove there. At Watford, we were told they were not doing printing that day because they were 'too busy'. When I asked to have a refund on the shirt, I was told they do not give refunds on anything. Awful service and unhelpful. Will not be buying from there again!!!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Sports Direct in Borehamwood thanks to Daniel. He provided great service and was incredibly patient as I browsed through trainers, sliders, and eventually decided on Crocs. Thanks so much for your help, Daniel!

Absolutely terrible customer service!
No one could be bothered to attend to you.
We waited for 30mins to get someone to help us find the shoe size we needed but no one turned up! Asked the store manager for help but she just walked past us saying that she doesn?t know where the staff are! What a joke!

Went there today about 12 oclock to buy some shoes but was very annoyed by the attitude of the staff specially a lady there was very un friendly and un respectful to me and other customers as I was waiting and waiting with my 2 young kids with me to be served so none of staff were willing to help and bring the size of the shoes I wanted after asking a few time for help so the lady there was very rude asking me to pay for there staff as they are short of staff and I was furious and told her I am paying you to come to shop in here and had to leave everything and get out of there before losing my temper.
I hope the manager ( sport direct) can read this and see the attitude of he?s staff toward the customers in camera so will never go there again and will not recommend that branch to anyone.

We left this place due to the appalling customer service. The changing cubicles were unattended, My Husband went into one in full view of staff on the payment desk, the next thing a woman shouted out on the tannoy for someone to go to the changing room area as a man had gone in and he could have anything in there. I was last there 6 years ago and there hasn?t been any improvement at all.

Omg, no staff around to serve and I wanted to buy some Skechers, asked the manager 2 times for someone to help me. After waiting 30 minutes I just walked out. Absolutely disgusting service.
