Horrible experience. All workers just sleep and you can tell from their faces. No good customer service, they don’t know where anything is!! Please get a manager or someone to fix this issue. All workers seem to not know what they’re doing and are very lazy. Approached a worker for help , they told me the wrong thing.... read full comment

Having spent nearly £400 in store today, I got home to discover that a trio set of toiletries had an item missing. No one picked up the phone in store, so I drove all the way back on a point of principle, having felt cheated of a purchase. The item was replaced, but the store manager was unable to offer a token gesture... read full comment
