Been a customer for many years, the service is quick and efficient and a good range of products available. Very useful if you need something immediately. Convenient opening hours mean you're not stuck if you start a job at 6.30pm after work and suddenly realise you're missing a vital item!

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review to say the staff (Aaron and Sham) at Screwfix Borehamwood were so kind and helpful. They helped us by finding a screw to fix our ? wheelchair, and were very friendly! Thanks Aaron and Sham

I would give 0 stars for the man behind the counter if I could. Went yesterday 15th of July to this Borehamwood branch to collect a portable AC unit. Chris one of the staff members brought this big box and a trolley and helped me to the car just to realise the box doesn't fit in the boot(thanks Chris) Came back today 16th of July with a different car. Man behind the counter who's name I did not get brought the same large box, left it in the middle of the store and walked away(shame on you) I was left with 41kg box all by myself to carry to the car and load it myself. At least my back is fine...for now
