I visited this store for approximately 15 minutes and purchased a drill bit for £4.89 on the 12-2-25 at 13:05.
why am I being so specific, because I received a parking ticket issued at 13:10, stating i had parked there whilst not being a customer of screwfix.
I appealed it and sent evidence in the form of my credit card statement, proving that I was a customer at the time in question.
This has been ignored and I have now received a bill for £170 and been threatened with court action.
I've wasted over an hour of my own time on dealing with this.
in short, even if the drill bit had been mildly cheaper, the time effort and expense that has subsequently followed means I wouldn't shop at this store if you paid me to.
avoid this store at all costs.

I?m buying stuff in shops all around London but this one is more ridiculous one , they will make you wait more that necessarily, rude staff? to all trade people out there, avoid this shop if you don?t want to lose precious time

Worst and most disorganised Screwfix I?ve been in for ages. Clicked on the app to say ?I?m here to collect? and 20 minutes later I?m still stood in the shop, meanwhile the staff are walking around the shop aimlessly. Please Screwfix this store needs some guidance. They are useless.

Been a customer for many years, the service is quick and efficient and a good range of products available. Very useful if you need something immediately. Convenient opening hours mean you're not stuck if you start a job at 6.30pm after work and suddenly realise you're missing a vital item!
