Wow what can I say.
Two teir shop.
If you where a burka your treated ok.
If you have a motorcycle helmet on its ok.
If you buy beer it and don't have I'd it's ok.
But if your white and want some cigs your gonna steel them so they deliberately give you the wrong stuff so you have to mess around instead of showing the product first.
you don't have to show I'd.
And if Sainsbury's wants to get in touch regarding this store I have photos.
I felt un safe as I was followed by the security gard because I was white.
Definitely won't be shopping at this store ever again.
Multicultural my back side.
One rule for one type of people another for another.
Really bad customer care.

Today I went to Borehamwood Sainsbury around 11:45 am for argos collection, the Security officer was very polite and helpful as he help me to enter reference also , besides this he was dealing with another argos customer who wants to enter with her dog and get aggressive on him ,but he deal in such a well polite manner , I am so satisfied with the service of sainsbury Borehamwood .

Don't go there very often but when I do it meets my standards and is a very clean shop with nice staff always lovely to talk to and they give help without hesitation

There is a very friendly gentelman his name is Serhan i think he is manager i am not sure he was very helpful to me. A products was finished on shelves i did asked him he went rearstorage check it bring it to me quickly thanks for your effort ?

The worst shop ever.I placed on order with them.I have missed items.They send me bananas that are terrible.They can?t be eaten and I paid for a box of Corona of 12 and send me the box of 4 but charged me for the 12.I called the shop and they don?t even care.Avoid this shop

I've been this evening to do some shopping and I had a lottery ticket and a scratch card both have a £5 winning on them.The lady at the counter scan and she said their is nothing on them but the machine make the wining sound and print the winning slip. And when questioned her she said their is no wining . Ask for a supervisor and of course she found the slips and she pay the £10 I won. I will definitely not enter this shop any more.

I tried to scan a reduced item, but it came up full price. I pointed out, didn't say, the reduced price to the assistant who came to help, as he was busy talking on his headset. (Didn't bother to stop whilst "assisting" me.) After he'd put it through twice at full price, I said it was reduced, so he had to take it off 3 times. He went off and the scanner then didn't recognise the next item, so although the red, help, light was flashing, I had to go and find him to clear it, again whilst he talked busily on his headset.After I asked his name and complained about poor service, another assistant came up and did his best to make amends. I shan't be going there again in a hurry.
