Ordered pizza for delivery, had I been aware they use Uber Eats as their drivers I would not have bothered as they have a very poor reputation in our area. Pizzas over an hour late, and had to drive to store after unable to call the store. Almost one month on I am still fighting for my refund, that they say has been processed but not received. Daily emails to what I can only assume is some AI Bot, and can't get in touch with HO. Never in my life have I received such awful customer service.

I JUST WENT THERE AND THE ONE OF THE PERSONAL WAS TRAING TO MAG ME OFF ON MORE THAN 10 QUID. HE SAID THAT ONE PIZZA COST MORE THAN 20£. Hi everyone. Me and my wife ordered 2 pizzas last night. We are paying for it this morning, if you know what I mean. I haven?t had Pizza Hut for many years. The pizza was unfit even for my dog. I had it delivered to my home last night. I will never order Pizza Hut again. To bad ???

I made an official complaint regarding the Bracknell branch. No acknowledgment or service from staff, staff were vacant and unfriendly. Assumed I needed to order via the App, because nobody approached the table. Table was not cleared. I made a complaint online, with the date, time, venue and cost and I attached the booking form. Could not find the online the receipt.
They will not investigate my complaint without the receipt. What about an apology and give feedback to the team?.

Sir/Madam, it has now been 4 weeks since I was told me that you were holding an enquiry into the issues that I have brought to your attention. Thats right FOUR WEEKS. Do I really need to remind you that it is a £10 pizza deal that you are investigating, it?s not exactly the ?Post Office Scandal? is it. You are the most ignorant, inept, and incompetent customer care team that I have ever come across. Talking to your customer care team is akin to talking to a bunch of mentally negligible half-wits. In fact I have had more intelligent conversations with a lobotomised amoeba.

Pizza Hut did not have the veggie beyond pizza I ordered. No one could process my refund in store. Phone number for head office not in use. For a global company, this is absolutely horrendous.

Edmonton Pizza Hut , didn?t deliver pizza when ordered, ordered it 3 hours later , pizza and wedged all sitting there for hours and they re heated the food , absolutely disgusting money grabbing company

This google listing has an incorrect number. This local branch won't resolve issues when they make mistakes which they have done three times in a row now. I only ordered the third time because the head office sent me a voucher for the last two times they messed up and they managed to get that order wrong. Pork on Muslim's pizzas, meat on vegetarian's pizzas and tomato sauce instead of BBQ and yesterday half-half pepperoni and ham and mushroom instead of texas BBQ.Vegetarian options: some vegetable only options and some meat substitute options. limited vegan options because of the cheese.Dietary restrictions: They provided my halal only friend with ham pepperoni pizza instead of the chicken I ordered for him.
