I visited the Borehamwood store on 18/07/25 early morning. This young girl was very helpful at the counter. Asked me all the questions supposed to ask and introduce offers and what I can get free and etc if I have app. Absolutely brilliant service.
In general Borehamwood store staff are good. I have never experienced anything negative so far.

I was shocked at the state of the grooming room ? there is no excuse for the state of it. My local pets at home Frien Barnet grooming room is spotless the girls are clean no hair floating around or on the front desk the card machine was covered in hair no just from today I could have written my name in the amount of hair and dust. The girls were challenging also. Not even a smile. I'm happy to say I will NOT be coming back.

Staff are very friendly. They have a Vet section. Shop is big, so lots of stuff to choose from. Plenty of parking is available

Never had any issues whilst shopping here.
I also go to the Vets here for my 2 dogs and have only had really positive experiences here even when my older dog almost passed they helped us as much as they could til we had to go an OOH vet as they close as a certain time.
Lovely staff there, and they're all extremely happy to see your pets! ?

So sad to see how the small animals are living - awful conditions. Nowhere near enough space and basically no hay for the guinea pigs. Not ethical at all.
