Easily the worst Nando?s I have ever been to in the UK. The staff were rude, miserable and seemed to have an issue with having to take a simple request (the request completely ignored). The food was Luke warm, mediocre and wrong!
Flavour was lacking on everything apart from the chips that were clearly overly salted.

Great service and food was lovely! There was a huge group of us so we sat outside and put all the tables together which the staff helped us with. They were very accommodating!

Sadly nandos with all other chains have increased their prices beyond just a quick takeaway range, you can visit a few times a year it's not that bad, but feeding a group of 5 you can easily go out to a decent restaurant. The chicken is mediocre and not worth the price sadly.

As a frequent customer of Nando's Borehamwood, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Their peri-peri chicken is always cooked to perfection and their Portuguese-inspired dishes are bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. I always leave Nando's Borehamwood feeling satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommend!

Terrible Customer Service ? Never Going Back!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nando?s Borehamwood yesterday with my children and friends. The manager and staff were shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Their attitude and behavior were unacceptable, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit.
It?s appalling to see such poor customer service in a well-known restaurant chain. If this is how they treat their customers, I have no intention of ever returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this branch if they expect even basic courtesy and professionalism.

I'm sure staff here place bets on who can mess up an order the most. Not sure why but decided to give this branch another go. Asked for a fino pitta with no onion, it had only onion, the worst thing was they cut one chicken thigh in half thinking no one would notice. Save your time and money and use edgware instead.

Nice restaurant with Portuguese and South African spices, food and drinks.
Price/performance is good. The side dishes could be a little bigger.
All in all a good option for dining.

I love to eat Nando?s and I am a often user but yesterday I went to place an order, one specific thing that they have to take away but they didn?t follow my request and was not really nice how I find my order. I request L&H and was too spicy because they didn?t do it like I request and I found the overcook of the rest food in the box. I didn?t feel really happy also with the person who attended me and took my order, was not really polite and didn?t smile in any moment.
