Why is this chain advertised as open 24h because it?s NOT. It?s seems like they open and shut when ever they feel like it which is especially frustrating when you?ve made the trip. When questioned, the staff just look

The night shift workers at this branch all look half asleep. I ordered at the drive through - told me to park up - waited 15mins - went inside to ask about my order come to find out they didn?t even start making it. Not to mention they close the drive through when it suits them

I ordered by app, but im realy DISSAPOINTED that my order wasn't fully completed. They missed to add a burger wich i paid for, this is not the first time when this happens.
I cannot go to the store to complain about this, as im at work and im not allowed to go. Im realy DISSAPOINTED because i paid for something that i haven't received. Shame!

Very unimpressed, multiple signs on the fences and outside the door clearly says they're open 24hrs with their drive through, but that wasn't true. Imagine the disappointment

Couldn't give delivery man the code for food delivery as phone died, shut the door and he tried opening it, obviously had a go at him, went upstairs then heard my bins being thrown across the garden, send him again we will see who gets thrown
