Being a leaseholder for 36 years with Martin Slowe says a lot about the landlord and over the last year being in hospitality we?ve really faced our most difficult times. A fantastic representative from Martin Slowe Per Anderson has been a blessing in helping us receive a rent reduction and also extending payment dates. There generosity, communication and support has helped our restaurant through these tough times and now we?ve also gained another unit from Martin Slowe and growing our business. We?d like to thank Per Anderson , the Landlord and there Solictor for all there support . We are very grateful.

Well Done To this company 5* service for being the worse in the country!Don't know how to handle situations nor talk!Won't put nothing through to the landlord yet the should I dont have words for them I got so much to say yet I don't have time so just avoid!

I am a leaseholder of flats where MS are the managing agents of the building, they have no idea what they are doing, do not supervise or inspect the building or work they commission. Very poor service all round.

I have been a tenant with Martin slowe for the last six years I have found them very helpful every time I had a problem, and I would like to say a very big thank you to all there staff .

we are 6 leaseholders and our block is managed by Martin Slowe. They seem to be only interested in the Freeholders interests and fail to take any real interest in the building. We have common areas that need cleaning, rubbish being dumped on our entrance (visable mice and rats) and they NEVER take any action, when we email them they generally attack us for not being the ideal "yes sir" leaseholders.Avoid at all costs.
