every time I go to this lidl I am treated poorly.. customer service is a dirty phrase there.. it seems. maybe they need to be paid more? maybe they need to be paid less.. all I know is.. they are MEAN, LAZY and UNHELPFUL. get it together, lidl workers.

I use Lidle for many years in borehamwood, since the previous store that used to be near boots and I have always found the store really nice with nice staff and management. Unfortunately the store at the moment is an absolute misery. The staff is not nice or helpful, the manager pretends to listen but do nothing about it . My biggest frustration although is the security man , the one that is there the majority of the days , he follows me everywhere and he does on a way that he wants to make me feel uncomfortable and I really don?t understand why , I have previously complained about his behaviour to the manager and crying because he is absolutely horrible in his approach. Since I have complained to the manager this made things worse, he now make a sound , like whispering what I believe to be on his own language in a way that I notice that he is doing this to me . But , I observed that he don?t do this just to me , me and my husband observed him treating a lot of customers really bad and this need to stop . Nobody go do do food shopping to be treated like this , I feel always soo anxious to go there of fear of loosing control and have to be rude to him . He is a horrible man that make people feel really uncomfortable and you guys need to look at this .

Went in this store for the first time today since it had been reopened across the way from the old store. It felt really dark, dingy and dirty. All the items in the middle aisles didn?t have prices, also the items that were meant to be in store from yesterday, there were none!
Staff are no help, make you feel like you?re getting in their way or too much trouble asking for help.
Security guard followed me round like I was going to steal something, he thought I couldn?t see him hiding behind shelves peering round at me. Made me feel really uncomfortable.
So I put my basket down and left.
